We take great care in delivering quality skincare products, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned.

Gift cards, samples, and promotional items are non-returnable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email clear photos of the product and packaging to care.pamperella@gmail.com.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing us at care.pamperella@gmail.com.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
